BlockBeats news, on June 14, Yuga Labs co-founder Garga.eth stated on social media that the proposal AIP-596 to dissolve the ApeCoin DAO and initiate ApeCo has officially started voting, aimed at further promoting reforms to the ApeCoin ecosystem and orderly transferring assets and responsibilities to a new entity, ApeCo, established by Yuga Labs. Voting will conclude on June 26.
It is reported that the ApeCo team will be led by current Ape Foundation Executive Director Cameron Kates, along with other members from the Ape Foundation and the Banana Bill team.
