Digital assets are officially recognized in Vietnam, paving the way for the accumulation and investment in this novel type of asset.

However, under state control, speculative activities, manipulation, money laundering, and violations of other laws will be handled by the state according to regulations. The era of digital assets in Vietnam officially begins.
