Cardano Debate: Vision vs. Reality

Cardano, founded by Ethereum co-founder Charles Hoskinson, aims to be a more secure and sustainable blockchain. Its Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus and scientific development approach set it apart from others like Ethereum and Bitcoin.

However, despite its promises, Cardano has faced criticism for its slow development and lack of a robust ecosystem. While it introduced smart contracts through the Alonzo upgrade, it still lags behind in decentralized applications (dApps) and decentralized finance (DeFi).
