🇮🇱💥 Iran was attacked: Is the Third World War coming?
Not so fast...
Are we really on the brink of a global war?
From a cooler perspective, I think not. And I will explain why:
This attack was not for territorial ambition or revenge.
It was preventive self-defense.
Israeli intelligence detected that Iran was about to cross a "point of no return" in its nuclear program. This is compounded by an ultra-religious and highly ideological government, with active ties to groups like Hezbollah, and an aggressive history in the region.
Israel could not wait for the Ayatollah regime to become a nuclear power.
🌍 The world does not support a nuclear Iran...!
Although many governments do not say it out loud, the reality is clear: no one wants a nuclear Iran.
Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan: historical enemies of Iran.
Europe and the U.S.: concerned about the stability of the region.
China and Russia: although they play at neutrality, they know that a nuclear Iran would be more of a problem than an ally.
The global consensus is silent but firm: Iran with nuclear weapons would be a threat not only regionally, but globally.
Yes...
Iran, hit and angry, will respond.
But it will do so in a calculated manner.
It cannot escalate too much:
1. It is diplomatically isolated.
2. Its economy cannot sustain a long war.
3. A massive counterattack without leaders in its army would be too dangerous in case of receiving a response of the same measure.
Iran can launch missiles, activate militias, create noise… but it cannot afford to open a direct and global front.
And if it is confirmed that the conflict will not escalate, it would be an excellent reason for a quick recovery of the markets...
The market does not fear regionalized conflicts that are everyday bread; it fears the unpredictable and unknown.!
