《Contract Diary Day 32》
Friday, June 13, 2025
Starting Capital: 700U
Current Account: 1932U
Today's Operations and Market Situation:
Woke up this morning to find BTC had dropped to around 103,000. I decisively closed all the short positions I had previously set for arbitrage and opened long positions in response. This bullish wave was quite comfortable, and the account continues to steadily rise. The challenge of breaking the 2000U barrier is just around the corner; it will probably take about another week to solidify.
Current Strategy and Status:
The current approach is centered around the word “stability.” When there isn’t a big market movement, I only earn about 2-3U a day. Although it’s slow, it feels reassuring. The core idea is: small positions and large intervals. Strictly control risks and never be greedy or reckless. This sense of rhythm gives me more confidence in the growth of my account.
Late Night Discussions and Insights:
I talked for a long time with an old friend in trading last night, all the way until midnight. I was particularly pleased to find that he has matured a lot. He is no longer the impulsive young man who used to easily get overexcited and go for “one big bet,” only to end up “standing in punishment” until he faced liquidation. Now, his trading system is very robust, having grown from a capital of 400U to over 4000U! Listening to him share this experience was truly moving. He mentioned that there were moments of despair, feeling like “what can I do with just 400U?” but he gritted his teeth and persevered.
Shared Experiences and Growth:
We both experienced this brutal market cycle completely: bull to bear, bear to bull, then bull to bear again, and finally bear to bull... After several rounds of complete baptism, our understanding of trading has changed dramatically. Our comprehension of the market, the construction of trading models, the honing of mindset, position management, and risk control have all improved significantly compared to the past. These experiences are invaluable treasures that money cannot buy.
Future Outlook:
If I maintain this rhythm and mindset, reaching a stable 10,000U in the account by the end of the year should not be a problem. If I can push up to 20,000U, that would be a wonderful bonus. But goals are just goals; I won't force them or become obsessed. Steady progress, risk control, and continuous learning are the true way forward. Keep it up!
