LD Capital Founder: Approximately $5 Billion ETH Short Positions May Trigger Short Squeeze, Ethereum Expected to Reach $3,000
LD Capital Founder, whale JackYi, expressed the simplest reason for being bullish on ETH on X: "Currently, the CME short positions are valued at $1.3 billion, AAVE short positions are valued at $1 billion, and the short positions across various trading platforms amount to about $3 billion. A total of approximately $5 billion in ETH short positions will be squeezed, and this short squeeze may push ETH to $3,000, or even $3,500 to $4,000. This is the core reason for holding 100,000 ETH call options."
