Trump Addresses the Crypto Community Again
😁 Donald Trump spoke at the Coinbase State of Crypto summit, continuing a series of addresses to the crypto industry. His speech was pre-recorded — just like his March appearance at the Digital Asset Summit.
🔺 In the video address, Trump emphasized that he has not finished working on crypto policy:
"My administration is working with Congress to pass the GENIUS Act, which will support dollar-backed stablecoins. We will also create transparent market structures to ensure America dominates the future of cryptocurrencies."
📊 He also reminded about:
1️⃣ the creation of a national Bitcoin reserve,
2️⃣ the appointment of Paul Atkins as SEC chairman,
3️⃣ the launch of a digital assets working group.
✊ However, there is already opposition in Congress — especially from Democrats who are not ready to push crypto legislation while Trump is connected to the industry. The reason is suspicions of personal gain from the stablecoin project World Liberty Financial, which is supported by his family.
