The Binance app has evolved once again. The new version 2.101.X for iOS and Android brings a sleeker and more functional interface, focused on a fully customizable user experience. The star of this renewal is the Smart Widgets, designed to adapt to your needs as a trader or investor.
What are Smart Widgets?
Binance's Smart Widgets are customizable blocks that you can add, move, resize, or remove on your app's home screen. These widgets allow quick access to key features without navigating through menus. They are designed to enhance efficiency and help you take control of your portfolio in seconds.
Among the available widgets are:

Featured Coin
This widget allows you to pin a specific cryptocurrency on your home screen to track it in real-time. It shows the current price and its variation in the last 24 hours. Tapping it takes you directly to its market page with charts, order book, funding rates, and more.
You can add multiple Featured Coin widgets for different tokens, each with independent configuration. Currently, it only supports cryptocurrencies in the spot market, and is only available in small size, ideal for minimalist dashboards.

Coin List
This widget provides a real-time view of the market, where you can explore and compare different assets. It is organized into thematic tabs such as trending currencies, top gainers, or new listings. You can customize it to show five data points per currency (such as price, change, volume, market capitalization, funding rate) or just three for a more compact design.
By tapping any currency in the list, you will directly access its detailed market page. You can only add one Coin List widget per home screen.

Earn
This widget recommends Earn products with protected capital, based on your current holdings and trending tokens. It is ideal for discovering opportunities to earn stable returns with low risk, directly from the home screen.
Combine personalized suggestions (based on your cryptos) with popular market options. It only shows fixed-income style products, ideal for users who want to protect their initial capital. Supports up to five tokens and is only available in large format. Tapping a token takes you directly to its Earn section for more options. You can only add one Earn widget per home screen.

Copy Trading
This widget shows a selection of high-performance traders recommended by the platform for Spot and Futures markets. It helps users easily discover and follow signal providers with good results.
In its small or medium version, it shows a featured trader. In the large size, it presents up to three traders with their names, number of followers, and performance in the last 7 days, facilitating a quick comparison of their performance.
You can tap the title of the widget to go to the main Copy Trading page, or tap on a trader to access their full profile and decide if you want to follow or copy their strategies. Currently, only traders recommended by Binance are displayed, with no option for direct customization from the widget.

Fear and Greed Indicator
This widget translates the overall market sentiment into a single score from 0 to 100, updated every 15 minutes. A low score indicates Fear (or Extreme Fear), while a high score indicates Greed (or Extreme Greed), allowing you to quickly assess the emotional context before making investment decisions.
The small version shows only the current score, while the medium version includes historical comparisons (yesterday, last week, last month) and the highest and lowest values recorded in the last 365 days. Tapping the widget takes you to a more detailed analysis within the app. This tool, synchronized with CoinMarketCap, is useful for getting an instant and contextual reading of the crypto market.

Net Flow of ETFs
This widget shows the daily net flow of capital that enters or exits Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs, providing a clear reading of institutional interest. The data, provided by CoinGlass, is updated once a business day and allows identifying changes in market sentiment.
In small size, you will see the current price of BTC and ETH, their variation in 24h, and the most recent net flow. The large format adds a 30-day chart comparing price and flow, in addition to the total net assets under management. Tapping the widget takes you to a page detailing the flows by ETF ticker, with historical charts and percentage comparisons.
On days without ETF activity (weekends or holidays), the widget retains the last data until the next update.

Popular Categories
This widget tracks which crypto sectors are gaining the most attention and capital in real-time. It updates every 30 minutes with data from CoinMarketCap, filtering only currencies available on Binance (Spot, Futures, or Alpha). It classifies categories based on the highest percentage increase in their market capitalization in the last 24 hours.
In small size, it shows the 3 most prominent categories; the medium size expands the view to the top 5. Tapping a category takes you to a page with the list of cryptos that compose it, along with their prices and daily variation. The focus is on identifying sector trends ready to trade directly on Binance.

AI Trends
This widget acts as a social sentiment radar in real-time. It uses AI to scan recent posts on X (Twitter) and Binance Square, identifying coins with spikes in conversation volume or growth in mentions. It labels each token with a live reading of Bullish or Bearish Sentiment and generates a summary of the most relevant comments from crypto influencers (KOL) every 30 minutes.
You can tap any featured currency to access a detailed page with a breakdown of sentiment, key posts, and links to the original comments. Updates occur constantly, and only currencies with a significant increase in recent discussions appear, excluding irrelevant content or spam.
