One of data providers is having issues right now. Your balances on the Abstract portal will not show the right values until this is resolved, but nothing has actually changed onchain, it's purely a data issue. Will update once this is resolved.

As I've mentioned in the past, the Abstract XP system is dynamic. We initially launched XP with a smaller set of apps, NFTs, and streamers so we tailored the system to that. Now with the large increase in activity on the chain since we launched, we'll be updating some of the areas that we focus on to better reflect where users spend their time. We'll do our best to make sure nothing is diluted heavily while still making sure all organic usage is rewarded. We listen to everyone's feedback, so please keep it coming. I know we won't make everyone happy, but it's still valuable to hear your thoughts.

The north star for Abstract is building something that can ultimately transcend the current crypto bubble and reach the masses. Growing the pie is our measure of success.

I highly recommend upgrading to the latest version of viem (2.31.0) to speed up your crypto dapps. The default polling time for transaction receipts was previously 4 seconds which works great for Ethereum mainnet, but not fast EVMs with shorter blocktimes. Viem will now look at your chain's blocktime and set the polling time based on how fast blocks are, which should make transactions feel faster if the polling time wasn't set explicitly.

Abstract is currently 3rd in revenue amongst Ethereum L2s after just 4 months. Strong start, but so much more to do to continue scaling Ethereum and bring more users onchain.
