If it is not yet a Downtrend (definitely not because it is only the middle of the year), then absolutely do not sell when there is no profit (I am talking about BTC and top coins like ETH), and I won't mention the mid-tier altcoins.
Each market phase will be different, so the strategy will also change according to each phase.
