Warren Buffett: Be greedy when others are fearful, and fearful when others are greedy

I have a sincere question. Why are people seeing #Bob drop and they keep shouting "opportunity, buy more", when it's not even a consolidated coin? Then when $BTC drops, they shout "manipulated market" and don't buy a single real?
