When we talk about a bull run, our minds often turn to altcoins because that's where we find high-potential candidates for the next 100x gains. In this article, I'm going to shed some light on the upcoming #Altseason and attempt to predict a few coins that could potentially be the next big performers.

Arrival Of Altseason.

Let's have a look at the Altseason Graph. As you can see, the trendline has bottomed out and found resistance six times in a row below the 20 level. It also attempted to cross the 22 level on June 9th but was resisted, as that level was a major resistance zone. I can now clearly see on the chart that the trendline is again attempting to pull back towards the 33 level, which it had already touched on May 10th of this year. Therefore, once the trendline breaks above the 25 level, it will likely also break the 33 level, creating higher lows or possible impulsive moves, causing all major altcoins to erupt and show significant gains.

Ethereum Supply Change Indicates Strong Altseason.

As many of us know, the #Ethereum Merge occurred nearly two and a half years ago. However, most aren't aware that Ethereum's transition from Proof of Work (PoW) to Proof of Stake (PoS) has significantly shrunk its supply compared to what it once was. Previously, Ethereum's circulating supply used to change by a staggering 3.388% per year, but now it increases by only 0.091% annually. Since the Merge, 2.27 million ETH was issued, of which 1.97 million was burned. If it had remained on PoW, the figures would have been inflationary. In a nutshell, Ethereum has become deflationary after the Merge because not much ETH is being added to the circulating supply. This might cause a sudden supply shock when demand increases, and the upcoming altcoin season could possibly be the best altcoin season we have ever witnessed.
