Is dydx a scam??

i have been doing some research because am looking for a low fees alternative to cex'es and found it to be cheaper.

But since it doesn't have a tonne of users i found some reviews from 2 years ago that they lack a verified liquidity.and might go the Celsius way

secondly i watched a rug pull happen in my first 10 minutes .worse still ... it was its best performing coin when i joined and allowed 50x futures.it lost 99%

so if you are familiar with it you can advise or criticize .i also need a guide on how to trade there. if you know how it works share so we can all learn no gatekeeping
