Last week I covered when to enter alt season. Now here's how I actually execute and find the winners before the crowd:
My Execution Framework:
1. Always Check the $BTC Pair
If an alt is pumping in USD but bleeding sats, it's fake strength. I learned this watching "profitable" trades actually lose me Bitcoin.
2. Price Alerts > Chart Watching
Set notifications at key support/resistance instead of staring at screens. When narrative leaders hit 0.786 Fib retracements, that's often money.
3. Scale Out Systematically
Trying to time exact tops destroyed my early gains. Now I take profits in stages - let winners run with trailing stops.
4. Hunt Overlooked Steady Grinders
The best plays aren't the loudest. I look for projects showing consistent uptrends while everyone's distracted by meme noise.

When everyone agrees something's going higher, that's usually peak euphoria. Time for more profit-taking.
