Global liquidity keeps on going up. Last week alone, Global liquidity increased by $533 billion, its fastest growth since Q4 2024. Total global liquidity has also reached $138T and now just $1.5T away from a new ATH. This cycle, the Fed hasn't done QE but other countries like China and the EU are consistently injecting more liquidity. This is definitely more bullish for BTC due to global adoption. But if the SEC approves a few Altcoin ETFs in 2025, global liquidity will start entering alts too. This will be the perfect catalyst for parabolic move and a blow-off top.

Altcoin MCap is lagging BTC by 6-8 months. Before 2024, Altcoin MCap and BTC had a high correlation, but then PumpFun launched. This doesn't mean Altseason won't happen, but it'll be delayed. Right now, buying alts is like buying BTC at $60K in October 2024. In the next 3 months, BTC almost pulled a 2x and I'm expecting something similar from altcoins. I think a lot of large caps will pull 2x-3x in the coming months, while mid and small caps will pump 4x-8x.
