I summarize my trading experience over the past ten years: I believe that to achieve long-term profits, there are several crucial points.
1. Control your desires, do not randomly listen to people's stories, choose a good and reliable platform and teacher. A good mindset is more important than anything else.
2. Trend trading, only trade in the right market and waves. If you are not 70% sure, it is better not to trade.
3. Reasonably control your position. Only by reasonably controlling your position can you have a chance for stable profits; otherwise, even if your account has made profits, it will eventually end in failure.
4. No matter what, set stop-loss orders when entering the market. In the crypto space, a range of 50-100 points is generally appropriate. Not setting a stop-loss means that every trade you make could lead to account death.
As a beginner: Respect the market, follow the market, and adapt to the market!
Regarding the relationship between investors and the market, I believe investors are always subordinate to the market. Every investor is a part of the market, not the whole market. They follow the market and cannot be above it. What we need to do is to maintain a sense of awe towards the market at all times.
Market trends can never satisfy everyone, including my analysis. You either control the market, or the market controls you. Your mindset determines whether you are a rider or a mount. The market environment will not change; the solution lies in changing your mindset. If you cannot control the market during trading, you must control your emotions. If you can still be impulsive in a weak market consolidation, it indicates you still have passion for trading. If you are always impulsive, it shows you do not yet understand trading.
Money in this market sometimes comes easily, but it goes even easier. There is no need to trace the source of profits, but for losses, it is essential to understand the reasons. If there have been multiple losses on the same issue, then I think you have found the method to profit. With utmost respect and fear, with no one to pity, betting everything can lead to total loss; only steady and steady progress can ensure victory.
