I didn’t lose money because I didn’t understand crypto — I lost because I believed in what seemed like a real community. The BOB community repeatedly spread false claims, like “Binance is backing it” or “Binance is behind it.” These weren’t opinions — they were coordinated narratives designed to lure new buyers in.
Even if BOB eventually goes up and I recover my losses, I won’t celebrate. A price increase based on deception is not a victory — it’s just further proof that manipulation and misinformation still work in this space.
What’s more worrying is not just the losses, but the fact that many others are still falling into the same trap I did. That’s why I’m speaking up.
