What is Slippage?
📉 Slippage = difference between expected price & actual price of a trade.
Why it happens:
• Low liquidity
• Large trade sizes
• High volatility
How to manage:
• Set slippage tolerance → DEX settings
• Avoid trading large amounts in illiquid pairs
• Split trades if needed
Example:
• Expect to buy at $100
• Actual execution at $102 → 2% slippage
✅ Monitoring slippage = key for optimal trading!
