What if I bought sol with 6usdt for 0..03 and now to sell it it is 4usdt ?? Should I wait more is it a loss if resell now ??

Instead of waiting for a right time (high price) to sell coins , sell them with very small profit/loss (talking specifically about investors of little amount of range 20$ to 50$) as market is fluctuating these days specially for small amount coins and ETH . by doing this even considering small loses, you will able to make 1$ or 0.something on regular intervals.
