Third Distribution:
1. It is suggested to remove the cap of 4 points for Alpha Asset Distribution, allowing 5 points for 1 million U assets based on the current 10,000 U assets receiving 4 points, and 6 points for 10 million U assets, and so on.
2. For assets of at least 100 U, with BNB accounting for more than 50% of the holdings, an additional 1 point will be granted.
