The amount of information we never thought we could have about China is available even on the humblest phone that accompanies us. The Asian giant that today leads the world economy, in a model we are determined to say we do not understand, has far surpassed the false economy of the USA in terms of communication and information technologies, new technologies for mass mobilization, renewable energy technologies, development of bridge construction, futuristic roads, airports, bridges, agro-industrial cities to support agriculture, has reduced poverty in figures that can be doubted but can be verified, in arms matters, China has the gift of prudence; when they unveil the pot, it will also be the leader in preventive and deterrent conflict technologies. Moreover, China is ready to be the leading country in global tourism, with immense accommodation capacities and much to see; to imagine the future, one must go to China. The advances in agriculture are wonderful, and the effort to regenerate forests is the largest in the world.

Where were our governments in the last 30 years that they did not realize that this was coming? In their anti-China approaches, they even called it the queen of technological copying, and we discovered too late that Adamism, that starting from scratch, is a gross error. Reverse engineering was for China a strategy for innovation and technological improvement. China started from where the world was and moved away. But, the best part was that it made contributions to the scientific understanding of Capital, and ours, hot-headed, said that China sold itself to big capital for opening doors to large consortiums that taught them to know markets and ways of penetrating conventional and emerging markets. China tamed capital, while we, foolishly, continue to demand an inefficient, complacent, and impoverishing state. Changing policies to reduce 600 million from the abandoned rural population and be left with 300 million peasants with mastery of better agriculture, more sustainable, more humane, seemed like an outburst to us.

Thus, Chinese communism requires a different understanding of capital formation processes, of a coexistence that makes sense, if that capital favors the material living conditions and overall development of the country. No one dares in China to tire the population with exhausting work; it is technology that generates technological surplus value. Education is a fundamental tool of progress, and the State controls it. It shapes beings with a high political and ethical commitment. No one goes to a factory to give themselves without anything in return for their country. The functioning of the state is optimal, and they are benchmarks for policies and actions against corruption of any kind. In China, they are horrified by corruption in Latin America and the Caribbean. Aren't they concerned that that giant is in such good general conditions?
