When is Altseason?
The most common question we see these days.. everyone wants to double their capital and is willing to bet on everything.
But you have to understand one thing: if you entered at the beginning of Altseason, you likely missed most of the profit.
Opportunities are created during times of gloom, not during times of euphoria.
📌 In 2017, Altseason actually happened — everything exploded.
📌 In 2021? No.. Many old coins failed.
📌 In 2025? So far, we haven't seen Altseason.. we only saw a meme coins party in 2024.. and the rest of the market has been bear during this period.
What's happening?
• Bitcoin is dominant — the market is currently a Bitcoin season.
• Central banks are changing their policies with fears of recession.
• There’s strong development in DeFi and liquidity is gradually entering the market.
• Gold is close to reaching its peak → which means there might be a liquidity transfer.
• The yuan is strengthening against the dollar → and its relationship is strong with Ethereum's outperformance against Bitcoin.
In short: the idea of the 4-year cycle is gone.. the market today is controlled by macroeconomics.
Today the market has two groups:
1️⃣ People are attached to the 4-year cycle and are waiting for a collapse.
2️⃣ People convinced that we are starting a new upward wave.
Bitcoin above 100K in a 4%+ interest environment.
In the days of the first ATH, we were under 1% interest.. which means there's room for more rise.
If interest rates and the dollar drop? Alternative coins will outperform Bitcoin by multiples.
The first quarter of 2025 was tough on alternative coins → this is a sign that the cycle has changed.
And here’s the secret:
Most indicators say 'there's no Altseason' → and this is the moment you should prepare yourself and build your smart positions.
Real opportunities are built when everyone has lost hope.
If you come after a year, will you catch up with those who preceded you? You'll pay the price late.
Personally: I don't build my portfolio today based on market timing.. I build it on the actual value of the coins that are truly being developed in the market.
And this is the best opportunity to see respectable coins at laughable prices.
