💧 About Liquidity

Perhaps one of the things I understood only after losses is that liquidity is more important than “potential x100”.

You can buy everything that flashes green. But when you want to sell — and there's emptiness in the order book, that's when the real learning begins.

A couple of months ago, I got into a micro-cap from a Telegram group — it seemed normal, the volume was about $100K per day. But just a day later, the volume disappeared, and to exit — I sold at -45%.

Now, before any purchase, I only look at three things:

1. Volume in the last 24 hours

2. Reasonable spread

3. How the order book behaves with small volumes

And honestly — it's banal, but it works. Don't take the “dream coin” that you can't exit from. Take what breathes.
