1. Base & Quote Currency – In a trading pair (e.g., BTC/USDT), the first asset (BTC) is the base currency, and the second (USDT) is the quote currency. The price shows how much of the quote currency is needed to buy one unit of the base currency.

2. Liquidity & Volatility – Major pairs like BTC/USDT have high liquidity, meaning easier trades with tighter spreads. Exotic pairs may offer higher gains but come with increased volatility and lower liquidity.
