🔹 What is arbitrage?

Buying a cryptocurrency from one exchange at a lower price, then transferring it and selling it on another exchange at a higher price, thus obtaining the price difference.

⚖️ Conditions for permissibility:

Spot market: The transaction must be immediate without delay.

Permissible assets: The cryptocurrency must be legally permissible.

Immediate possession: No delay that undermines the condition of immediate exchange.

💼 ▶️ When these conditions are met, arbitrage is considered permissible in Islamic finance, as it does not involve interest (riba), and achieves a legitimate profit from the price differences between exchanges.
