#TradingMistakes101

One of my first mistakes happened when Bitcoin first reached ₿109,000. I bought in at that price, fully expecting it to surge to at least ₿150,000 immediately. It didn’t — but I didn’t panic. I held on, and eventually, it climbed past that level.

Lesson learned: It’s important to buy during meaningful retracements, not just when prices are peaking.

Which of the following statements about Bitcoin’s UTXO model are correct? (Choose all that apply):

1. ✅ The UTXO model helps prevent double-spending.

2. ❌ Every single UTXO is individually signed and verified.

3. ❌ Users create a new output called “change” to the recipient of a transaction. (Correction: The change is returned to the sender.)

4. ❌ The UTXO used as an input in a transaction can be used multiple times. (Correction: Once used, a UTXO is spent and cannot be reused.)

5. ❌ Each UTXO carries with it the entire history of its ownership. (Correction: UTXOs do not contain ownership history — they are stateless.)
