Brothers, hello everyone. I am trader Zhu Yidan. I just returned from Xinjiang. I slept well for two days; it’s still more comfortable at home. When I was out playing, I thought I must work hard when I get home. Now it’s time to put that into action.

The next focus is on three aspects: losing weight, trading, and gaining traffic. Yesterday, I weighed 180 pounds. I previously failed to lose weight at Yan Chi's, and I'm a bit unconvinced. I'm going to try again, mainly focusing on aerobic exercise, with a goal of 150 pounds to regain my handsome image. The main reason I can't lose weight is that I can't control my eating. I'm planning to start by cutting out sugar—no drinks, no sweets. I will run and do push-ups every day, and if I stick with it, I believe I will see results.

In trading, currently, apart from SSV, I've been completely trapped in other positions. Now, I’m trying all sorts of ways to break free. If I succeed by chance, my first action will be to withdraw funds, taking out 70% of my total capital and leaving 30% to play with. Right now, it's increasingly difficult to trade altcoins, and there isn’t much of a bullish trend. I will only closely follow the hotspots, set proper stop losses, and play ultra-short-term liquidity grabs. I already have a new strategy in mind, just waiting to implement it after breaking free.

Gaining traffic is to manage pipeline income. In this circle, everyone has their moments of glory, but very few can survive long-term. During the difficult times of the past few months, it was thanks to pipeline income that I managed to stay steady. Now that this wave of rebound is here, because I enjoy this circle, I want to find ways to last a bit longer.

For the upcoming market, I still hold a bullish view. In the second half of the year, we can see Bitcoin at 130,000, Ethereum between 3,500 and 4,000, and at least a doubling of altcoins from the current price. As for whether there will be any major black swan events in between, I'm not sure. If there are, that would be the best opportunity to build positions. This market is unpredictable; caution is key. Principal comes first. You can't earn all the money, but you can lose it all. Wish us good luck!
