BlackRock, the world's largest investment firm, recently purchased large amounts of Ethereum (ETH) worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
Key Points:
In early June 2025, BlackRock bought approximately 127,000 Ethereum in a single transaction, valued at nearly 70 million dollars.
On the second day, it purchased about 28,000 Ethereum, selling part of the Bitcoin it held.
Over 12 days, it added more than 27,000 Ethereum to its portfolio, bringing the total Ethereum it owns to around 1.5 million Ethereum, valued at nearly 4 billion dollars.
