$ETH — holding up, but what’s next?
After dropping from 2679 to 2379, ETH has slowly climbed back to the 2510+ range. So far, it looks like a recovery, but without strong momentum. Bulls are trying to hold the line, but volume isn’t particularly convincing.
MACD is losing strength on the lower timeframes. The basis is unstable, and open interest dropped after a recent peak — a sign of profit-taking and cooling sentiment.
Longs are still dominant, but their share is shrinking. Traders are getting cautious.
My plan:
Long if we break above 2540 with volume
SL: 2485
TP: 2600–2640
Or short if price rejects 2530 again
SL: 2545
TP: 2460–2420
P.S. This isn’t a trend reversal, but it’s not a breakout either. Could be the calm before the move.
