#Liquidity101 Liquidity = the ability to execute orders quickly & close to the price. High volume does not necessarily mean high liquidity. Some small coin pairs are subject to wash trading, experiencing significant slippage when entering large orders. Especially during low-volume altcoin seasons. I usually check book depth, spread & slippage before entering an order. Don't blindly enter strange coins just because of 'high volume'.
