Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS), a diversified holding company ("Hyperscale Data" or the "Company"), announced today that, starting around July 1, 2025, the meme crypto $PEPE will become an accepted payment method on Bitnile.c.o.m, the social casino platform based on raffles operated by Bitnile.c.o.m, Inc. ("Bitnile.c.o.m"), a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Hyperscale Data.
Players will be able to use $PEPE to purchase a package (the "Nile Package") of the virtual in-game currency from Bitnile.c.o.m, the Nile tokens (the "Tokens"). The Tokens are used to participate in a wide range of social casino games on BitNile.c.o.m, including slots, poker, and blackjack. Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes. In addition to Tokens, purchases of the Nile Package include Nile raffle coins (the "Coins"). The Coins, which cannot be purchased, give the holder entries into raffles, where winners may receive prizes or cryptocurrencies (in the form of the currency used to purchase the Nile Package that offered the Coins).
