What is the future of cryptocurrency, and how much potential does it really have?
Many people ask me, how much potential does the future of the cryptocurrency market hold?
My answer is largely: Bitcoin's potential is still unclear for the overall crypto market.
Why do I say this?
1️⃣ Since the ETF approval, Bitcoin has increasingly resembled the 'new gold' of traditional finance,
being recognized by Wall Street, with more and more institutions entering the market,
This is not about 'decentralized belief',
this is the stark reality: money coming in is what fuels a bull market.
2️⃣ But the entire crypto market is far from mature.
The reason is simple: there are too many defaults. The SEC's
regulation hangs over us like a sword, we don't know when it will strike;
The collateral behind USDT remains opaque; if something goes wrong one day, the entire market will shake;
If DeFi really grows, who still needs banks?
Then the financial system would need a complete overhaul; will traditional capital cooperate or suppress? No one knows.
So the conclusion is simple:
Bitcoin is the pioneer, with a clear future ahead,
The crypto market is a battlefield, as the path ahead is unknown.
But precisely because of this, the market is still in its early stages.
What we see now as 'high valuations',
might just be the early stage before the bull market starts.
To reap the future dividends, understanding reality is more important than anything else.
