Recently, the market has been fluctuating continuously, with prices slowly rising but the direction remains unclear. The trend seems to be led along, yet there is still no clear breakthrough.

What is truly difficult to endure is not the ups and downs themselves, but this "uncertainty"—you can't completely be bearish, nor can you dare to be firmly bullish.

In the process of trying to regain my market sense, I instead forced myself to calm down, no longer fixating on short-term gains and losses, but rather observing, waiting, and breathing.

Recently, I've been reading the "Tao Te Ching". Although I don't have much knowledge of religious culture, whenever my mind is unsettled, reciting the "Heart Sutra" a few times can always slightly calm my emotions. Perhaps this is also a form of psychological suggestion, reminding myself that "one should not cling to anything and let the heart arise."

The market is like water, neither competing nor impatient; only by being content in the present can one grasp the next wave of tide.
