The seed phrase is the most important thing; if someone has it, they can empty everything you have. You also need to avoid falling for scams disguised as gifts or strange links. I used to think that using my phone was enough, but now I know that keeping that info safe is key. Also, you should never sign anything you don't understand in the wallet. Security starts with oneself. If I don't take care of my coins, no one else will do it for me.
