"I did everything right — but I lost again"
Everything went according to plan.
I saw a strong level, confirmation on the volumes, a candle with a shadow below.
I entered carefully, with a 1% risk. Clear stop, clear target.
But the market moved in the opposite direction — and simply took me out of the position.
This hits self-esteem the hardest. Not when you lose due to foolishness. But when you did everything right — and the result is the same.
In such moments, the hardest thing is not to start 'recouping' in the next trade. Because then it's emotions, not trading.
I just recorded this trade, took a pause, and went for a walk.
This is not a motivational post. It's just another day in the life of a trader trying not to burn out.
