On Binance, currency pairs represent the two cryptocurrencies (or a cryptocurrency and a fiat currency like the US dollar) that are traded in a specific market. Essentially, they show the exchange rate between both assets, allowing traders to exchange them. For example, BTC/USDT represents the exchange rate between Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT), and ETH/BTC represents the exchange rate between Ethereum (ETH) and Bitcoin (BTC)
