🇺🇸 President Trump's media company, Trump Media, has just registered to issue securities worth up to 12 billion USD, possibly using part of it as foundational capital for the implementation of a Bitcoin Spot ETF.
Last week, Trump Media also completed a fundraising deal of 2.44 billion USD to establish a Bitcoin fund, and shortly thereafter filed for the launch of its first Bitcoin ETF fund.
