Da Nang aims to become a leading regional center for digital finance, AI, and blockchain

Speaking at the Super Vietnam 2025 event, Deputy Chairman of Da Nang City, Mr. Ho Ky Minh, stated that the city has been and is making efforts to:

- Apply digital solutions to optimize costs, enhance transaction transparency, and improve management efficiency.

- Build digital infrastructure through experimental models of digital finance Sandbox and Free Trade Zone.

- Prepare steps to develop the International Financial Center to create a foundation for cross-border transactions and connect with the global financial market.

This morning, Mr. Ho Ky Minh also chaired a working session with prestigious companies in the blockchain field, discussing supportive policies for businesses. Some specific support includes:

- Exemption from corporate income tax for semiconductor and AI companies.

- Provision of free land of up to 100m2 for product development companies at Da Nang Software Park No. 2.

- Non-refundable support from the State budget for innovative startup projects.

- Granting controlled testing licenses for new technology solutions.

The Da Nang city government has opened its heart to listen and engage in direct dialogue with domestic and foreign enterprises on all issues from opening offices, recruitment, blockchain engineer training to startup support, understanding the investment environment, and promoting business cooperation.
