PANews June 6 news, according to Bitcoin.com, the National Bank of Kazakhstan has announced the launch of one of its digital asset integration projects - the implementation of cryptocurrency cards. These cards allow users to make cashless purchases and are linked to wallets containing cryptocurrencies, which can be liquidated at the time of transaction, enabling merchants to receive payments after selling these digital assets. The sale of these assets will be handled by exchanges located at the Astana International Financial Centre (a national-level financial hub). The bank also emphasized that it plans to launch more digital asset initiatives later this year, including the issuance of stablecoins backed by the national currency and the tokenization of financial assets.
