I’ve just seen, June is men’s mental health month. Unsure if it’s true or whatever but here’s a tip from me.
If you’re low. Don’t worry, it happens. But things get better. No ifs, buts, nothing. THINGS GET BETTER. Just like on a chart. If you’re at a low, the next step is a pump. You just have to hold on.
Do what you need to do to better yourself every day. Workout, combat sports are my no1, read, learn a new skill, sing, dance, go outside, whatever floats your boat and you can work on / improve on.
Also take some time to relax, play a game, see a friend, put your phone down, have some fun.
Finally share love with people. Compliment someone, give your mum / friends / family a hug, tell a stranger something you’d love to be told. Try to look out for things you like in other people and when you notice it tell them.
