Why was it controlled by risk management? What happened?

The day before yesterday I was restricted due to risk control, then yesterday I uninstalled and reinstalled to lift the restriction, but unexpectedly I was restricted again yesterday afternoon. Now even if I uninstall and reinstall, I am still under restriction. Is there anyone who can help me, is there any way to resolve this?
