#CircleIPO Circle, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, has finally gone public. The IPO took place on June 5, 2025, on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker CRCL. The company raised $1.1 billion by selling 34 million shares at $31 each, resulting in a valuation of around $8 billion considering all options.
