Liquidity 101: What I Wish I Understood Earlier
Liquidity is what allows you to buy or sell an asset easily, without a large price discrepancy.
š A highly liquid crypto = more volume, more buyers/sellers = fast execution
š A low liquid crypto = you risk paying too much when buying or selling at a loss
šÆ Today, I always check liquidity before trading, not after!
