Many projects lack sufficient connections, resources, and influence, which is hard to discern from exchanges.
Buying coins from such projects is just bad luck; I've had my fair share of bad luck. However, the APT project can be considered now. Anyway, the price is at a low point, meeting my four major rules for buying coins: 1) Established coins with certain influence; 2) Price at a low point; 3) Diversified investment by buying at dips; 4) Start selling when the price reaches around the historical median.
