Reiterate:

1. It is recommended to remove the 4-point cap on Alpha asset distribution, allowing for 5 points for assets of 1 million U on the current basis of 4 points for assets of 100,000 U, 6 points for assets of 10 million U, and so on.

2. For assets of at least 100 U with BNB accounting for more than 50% of the holdings, an additional 1 point will be added to the asset distribution.
