1. VIXY rose by 0.29%, closing at 51.06.

2. The three major US stock indices showed mixed performance. The S&P 500 index rose by 0.01%. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell by 0.22%, ending its previous four-day upward trend. The Nasdaq rose by 0.32%.
