In Tangier, 24-year-old Badiss Mohamed Amid Badju has been arrested — the alleged organizer of a series of kidnappings of cryptocurrency entrepreneurs in France. He was wanted by Interpol.
According to the investigation, he was behind the kidnapping of the co-founder of Ledger, who had a finger cut off for ransom. His involvement in other attacks on cryptocurrency entrepreneurs, including cases involving children and families, is also being investigated.
