Yorkville America Digital's asset manager has submitted an application to the SEC to launch a $BTC Bitcoin ETF under the Truth Social brand — Donald Trump's platform. The document states that the ETF will trade on NYSE Arca. Foris DAX Trust Company will act as the custodian. The fee rate and ticker have not been disclosed yet.
If the SEC approves the proposal, the new fund will compete with the already existing 11 Bitcoin ETFs. The leading group is led by BlackRock with its IBIT.
