Been watching how Web3 is slowly shifting into more everyday spaces and Bondex is an example of that.

It’s building a job network on $ETH where people earn tokens ($BDXN) for things like referrals or helping others get hired. Nothing flashy, just a different approach to recruiting, one that gives users some ownership in the process.

Bitget recently listed $BDXN, and they are running a CandyBomb event tied to it, but what stood out to me more was its connection to Blockchain4Youth, a push to get younger people actually working in crypto, not just trading it.

Big players like #Binance have been exploring similar directions with education and outreach, but it’s good to see smaller projects testing new models too.

Feels like a reminder that Web3 doesn’t always need to be loud. Sometimes it’s just about trying new ways to do things we already care about, like finding work.
