BREAKING: @0x_ultra came up with a mad scientist theory for @stayloudio

What if:

1) We set a volume target each week for the $LOUD token

2) If the volume metric is met then the top 25 get paid the fees.

3) If NOT, the fees go back into buying the $LOUD token.

I see quite a few pros and cons with this approach. What do you think?
